Frontal Lobes, our most consistent team this summer, was out in force this week with 5 players!  Games People Play was our theme this week including indoor & outdoor games, board games, card games, and more.  We had two new teams this week: “IWW” & “King Beergut, Princess Barslut, & Mic and the Stick.”  The Frontal Lobes started strong with bonus points (join the list on the Pub Quiz homepage to learn about the theme & bonus point opportunities every week) and by getting bingo in the first round, but the IWW came back strong in round two and the handouts.  IWW was in the lead going into the challenge round, but they picked monopoly for the category and wagered a lot.  No one got the challenge answer and Frontal Lobes got the win with their smaller wager.  Although the IWW knew the answer to the other question about gaming, they unfortunately picked the wrong challenge category tonight.  I almost forgot to take a picture of the winners, but I was able to get 2 of the team members in the parking lot.  Join us for another fun night of trivia next Wednesday from 7-9pm at Sonny’s Tavern–533 Q St. in Springfield.
