Looks like we are keeping a steady group of teams coming out to play at Portsmouth! That’s what I like to see!

We had the Packers gear in full effect. Finally….the PA wasn’t humming!! Yeah!!

Bingo went well, with Vandelay Industries picking up the bonus points. The bartender spotted Vandelay a pitcher of beer at the end of round 1, since they were so very thirsty.

A to Z was fun. The teams all did pretty well on that one. Round 2 ended with the Sugar Lumps trailing Vandelay Industries by 21 points and The Card Pitts just 5 points behind them. The Football by Numbers handout was tough for most teams, although The Card Pitts and the Sugar Lumps did quite well on it. The Best Super Bowl Ads of All Time wasn’t easy for all. There were a few that nobody got. J

When all was said and done, Vandelay was only 1 point ahead of both the Sugar Lumps and the Card Pitts! So we had Smokin Aces in the 3^rd place slot since we had a tie for 2^nd. Everyone turned in their wagers and answers. All 4 teams knew what song Justin and Janet were singing when her clothes fell off at the ’04 Super bowl! And…everyone went ALL IN!

So, the winner by 2 points was Vandelay Industries!! They were very excited to gain their first win!! The Card Pitts and the Sugar Lumps split the 2^nd place winnings and vowed to win next week. It was a great celebration for Vandelay Industries. They’ve come into their own. J They treated the Quiz Master to a shot of Cuervo…while they celebrated with Pendleton. Me thanks them.

And a big hooray for the lone member of Team Macrum showing up. He did pretty good on his own…only 18 points behind the team of 2, Hotter Than a Crotch.

Good job, teams! We had a fun night and we will continue the party next Tuesday.
