Leave it to the men of the “Spoonful of PBR” team to turn a perfectly nice Pub Quiz into a pissing contest. Oh, wait… that’s the wrong metaphor. Actually it was more like a you-know-what measuring contest as they not only thought they had the correct answer to the Challenge Round Question, but they had it down to the inch. For the record, fellas, I requested it to the nearest FOOT.

The Spoonfuls upended an inspired performance by “American Dip and Reuben,” who forwent their usual French Dip name in honor of Independence Day. Maybe they should keep the name next week, because they dominated through the first four rounds with the new moniker. But in the end, when it all came down to one question, they just didn’t have the answer that would beat the Spoonfuls. And second place “No Future” didn’t have the points to measure up to them either.

So, the “Spoonfuls” managed to win one without any of their usual ladies. I’m not going to go as far as to say that we now know who the brains of this Pub Quiz crew are — but Spoon Ladies, you’ve got some explaining to do. Still, I’ll show off their full team photo (because who wants to see a bunch of dudes hanging around a bar, rolling in a pile of money anyway?):
