Hello People of Trivia,

My whole life pretty much flashed before my eyes last night.  You see I started the 90s at age 3, and ended the 90s at age 13… which means all the prime, pop culture memory that I was absorbing in my early tender years is what’s made me the quizmaster I am today.  Old nintendo games, like Super Mario World, A Link to the Past, Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy Kong’s Quest… old Beck, Midnight Vultures, uh….  floppy disks and… PAGERS!  Hahahaha… I remember those, I nearly cried (nostalgia’s a sensitive and potent thing!).  Frank of Sandbar Developers wore his Christmas socks from the 90s that he only wears on Christmas.  But he wore them last night, cuz Trivia at Horse and Hound is the next best thing.  As he was showing me his socks, a player gave me a bottle of wine.  It was Christmas last night.

90′s night (or should I say Happy Birthday Aaron Sorkin night) was truly a blast.  The question that was asked to be repeated was no. 10, the sound clip of Jenny Fischer explaining in her little southern dialect that all she really needs is a man’s touch, namely a penis in her vagina.  Yeah… I don’t know what was up… they just kept asking me to play it over and over and over again.  I obliged.

Oh yeah, and I also had the entire bar dancing The Macarena.  I turned it off just ass soon as the laughter stopped and slowly began to turn into uncomfortable twitches, and then that’s when I started to see the rage appear in some peoples faces.  I learned my lesson.

High rollers last night.  People were betting high, not playing conservatively at all, and it work for most, top three players winning with real high points.

In first place we got The Naughties with 527 pts, winning 90 smackeroos.  Second was the British Bulldogs (pub team) with 470 winning 39 G. Washingtons.
