Our usual crowd welcome the dude celebrating his birthday!!  He brought his team, It’s My Birthday, to play…and share cake!! They pulled a fast one and won the bingo bonus points!!  Even with those points, though, they were in last place at the end of round 1.  Mustache Riders, most in matching shirts, took an early lead over Team Awesome and Spare Me was close on their tail.

Quizlinks was played..but nobody connected all the dots.  Team Awesome squeaked ahead of The Mustache Riders by 1, yes 1, point.  Spare Me stayed securely in 3rd place, leaving It’s My Birthday in last place.  The handouts helped some…giving Team Awesome a 6 point lead going into the final round.

Wagers were placed…Awesome risked a few points and it paid off for them.  They snatched the win and The Mustache Riders came in 2nd.  A great time was had by all..even as I razzed Awesome, calling them Beige Food..hehehe
