Well a frightastingly hauntingly devilish hello to all you trivia loving sonsaguns,
Horse and Hound had an interesting way of earning bonus points tonight. Most teams brought in there favorite horror dvds, or pictures of things that frighten them the most. Spiders, Snakes, Sarah Palin (which was great to see that not just Portland feels similarly)… stuff like that. But one group decided to have a seance. They were able to channel the dead celebrities of the Poltergeist movies, and reenacted the entire film. Trivia ran a little late tonight. I gave that team 3 bonus points.
Hood River has a slight advantage on this quiz over other cities because Feminist Certified Rap Songs is really all they listen to here. It’s true, if you’re caught listening to a rap song that does not have the feminist thumbs up, you are subject to a fine.
It was a rousing game, and I say rousing because it was everyones brisk and lively excitement that I believe helped Shmee Had A Penis to win. Whoever Shmee is, all I have to say to you is that you shouldn’t be embarrassed. Lot’s of people have penises. Why, even your quizmaster, that’s right, even your quizmaster has a penis. They played it safe on the challenge question and it was in there best interest, because they won 44 clams with 245. Coming in a close second with 47 points… was team Spiders and Snakes (the team that brought in both a spider and a snake in order to win bonus points… thanks for that).
