Well folks, sometimes hell does freeze over! After putting up a good fight the past few weeks, the home team bar staff at Hal’s won the belt of pub quiz awesomeness, staving off a late round resurgence from “The House of Ill Repute”, a team who stands to make a few bucks in the future for sure.

Honestly, I have to make the claim that Hal’s is shaping up to be one of the best pub quiz venues in the land. Is that a big statement? yessir. Is it true? yessir. With Nicole and the rest of the staff behind the wheel, Hal’s has one of the best happy hours in town, with ONE DOLLAR PABSTS from 9 to close.

Also, the owners have been throwing extra money in to the pot (this week was $30) with the idea that the more people play, the more it will increase. Sweeeeetness.
