Wow, what an amazing place Skamania Lodge is.  That was the location for a private party last night that I got to host.  Check it out:

The place is HUGE!  The National Forest Foundation had themselves a really fun Pub Quiz here last night.  We had over 40 people, as far as I could count, drinking good wine and racking their brains for answers:

I was pretty impressed how well they did, actually.  Some serious trivia chops there!  I could only get part of the room at a time with my camera, but you get the picture.  The lodge had a nice bar setup, complete with bartender, and the night was off!

In the end, a team calling themselves Faolis Schwinitsii (Schwin-itsy-eye) took the coveted first place, dominating all night, confidently betting high for the final challenge round, and rocking the final challenge question:

The little girl in pink was their MvP… of ADORABLENESS!

Overall it was a very excellent time, and I would definitely do another gig for the National Forest Foundation, especially if I get to go to the lodge again.  Seriously, even the view was amazing:
