Last night was my first solo night at The Horse and Hound. After being overwhelmed by the magnificent beauty I saw on my scenic drive there, I ate a delicious bratwurst and then the games began.
I introduced myself and told everyone that I was completely aware of the big shoes I had to fill. I asked them if there were any snags along the way to POLITELY throw a beer bottle in my face. I walked away with only two scars, so that’s not a bad night at all!
The Sandbar Developers really knew there stuff, getting just about every possible bonus point available throughout the night. They were the big winners of the evening, winning a whopping 87 bucks! ”Pulling” in second was I didn’t pull out in time. No that was not a non sequitur and I have no bastard children along the way. The team “I didn’t pull out in time” walked away with the second place title, and impregnated their stomach with delicious booze.
Since I left my camera in Kevin’s truck last night, I’m going to have to post the pictures of the wonderful DeLorean a la Tin Foil made by the team TK 421. For the time being, just imagine a lot of friendly faces smiling big, after just winning money at their favorite pub. That’s what the picture I would have posted would have looked liked.
Can’t wait for next week, and if you’re in the Gresham Neighborhood tonight, check me out at Bogey’s!
