So last night was nice, right? I asked questions. Quizzers gave answers. We had fun!
“Spoonful of Millard Fillmore” played well all night long. “Sparging the Mash” got a perfect score on the presidential portrait handout! “Clarification, Please?” also made it into the Challenge Round. They all had fun!
And in the end, Clarification Please got the Challenge Round question correct and won! Look at their picture:

The fact is, if you’re gonna be around Pub Quizers, you are bound to find some Know It Alls – even though it’s only them (they) that think so. (Even with my Community College English education, I can tell there is something wrong about that sentence)
It’s like American Idol. When someone goes on and on about being great…they are the most awful contestant.
Though we will dogmatically pursue a subject that we feel we am right, I hope we don’t get too obnoxious. After all, it’s in good fun.
