Well, we did it folks. We survived. It’s 2010 and we didn’t perish in the great arctic blast 2009 and we lived to see the dawn of a new decade.

2010 is probably the most futuristic sounding year that I have ever lived in. Every time that I’ve said the year “Twenty Ten”, I feel as though it’s the first chapter of a really crappy Sci-Fi novel. “In the year 2010, flying robots will take over the world!”

Even though it may not have the same ring as flying robots, last nights quiz at The Gypsy was equally as futuristic. Intellectual Behemoth’s “Team Wolverine” further cemented their place in the Pub Quiz Winner’s Pantheon with their close call win over up and comming “the GED’S”.
