We started Halloween week off with a bang last night… Whoo-Hoo!!! It was awesome as we had our Pub Quiz Costume contest!! The Green Dragon threw in some great prizes… like the Grand Prize winner getting $20 bucks off their tab!! Nice!! People went all out which is always great to see! Some pics of our contest winners should be below… if I can figure out the camera that is! A great time was had by all!!

The bingo round was really fun last night and the second round was all things that happened on Halloween throughout history… we had just under 50 people so only three teams got into the final round… ‘Crack-O-Lantern’, ‘Gothic Brothel’ and ‘The Sirens of Titan’, who got to choose the final round category by being in first place going into the final round.

The final category was ‘The Way of Bram Stoker’. And in an amazing finish team ‘Crack-O-Lantern’ leapt into first place by getting ‘Epistolary’… Holy Shit… someone actually got that!!! Afterwards, when collecting their winnings, the team member said that she was the one who knew the answer because she was actually a Victorian Literature major!! Well nobody can ask what she’s going to do with that major anymore… or say that it’s a silly major (It isn’t really…HAHAHA!)… ’cause she won her team a cool $95 bucks with her finally useful knowledge!! Frickin Awesome!! ‘Team Gothic Brothel’ with a wily ’0′ wager in the final round jumped into second to also grab some cash.
