Well, one more Pub Quiz is now in the books before we head off on our various holiday season festivities. Last nights quiz at the Gypsy was a small affair, with a two team square off that landed “Nerd Rage” into the championship belt winners circle. “The Brown Eyed Girls” gave a valiant acapella song performance to take an early lead, but ended up falling to the Nerd’s inexplicable (their words) knowledge of the book of LUKE.

Anyways, as I prepare for a Christmas vacation (i guess you can call it a vacation. As the years go by, It’s starting to feel a lot like work) full of plane flights and long drives, I must say thank you all so much for being apart of the Pub Quiz Universe. It’s nice to know that there is a place for all of us who may not be MENSA qualified, but sure know how to act like it.

So, Happy Holidays to you, dear bloggerfriend, as well as to The Gypsy Velvet Lounge, Alisa the Queen of Quizzery, All the other wonderful Quizmasters (Dave, Ian, Jeremy, John (both of you), Kevin, Kurt, Leandra, Polly, Tony and Wendy (sorry if i left anyone out!)) and everyone else who makes the world a brainier place.
