Can you imagine if the Empire had to pay Holiday Pay on Veteran’s Day? They must have quite a payroll. Or not, do Stormtroopers get paid? Did anyone ever figure out what they are? Are they just dudes in bad ass white armor or are they robots or clones or what are they anyways? If I was in the Empire I would apply for Death Star Laser Trigger Guy. He has the coolest helmet and by far the easiest job, he just pushes that lever forward and he only does it like once. Hmm, I guess a downside is you do work on the Death Star, and your life expectancy on the Death Star is not super high since they tend to blow up. But I digress…we had a good old fashioned Pub Quiz tonight at the Big Time Brewing Company!
Lots of new faces tonight and that was great to see the Pub Quiz excitement spreading, keep telling your friends! Some of the new teams tonight included The Walkers, We’re Huge In Japan, The Second-Biggest Slingshot I’ve Ever Seen, Shannon&Lisa&Maryann&Maria, Poultry In Motion, and Summer’s Eve. Both Shannon&Lisa&Maryann&Maria and Summer’s Eve both got off to strong starts in the Bingo Round as well as The Muffcakes, awesomely-named Veterans Of The Clone Wars, and Chewie Is My Co-Pilot, who got tonight’s Bingo Bonus. Chewie Is My Co-Pilot pulled away in Round 2, but Poultry In Motion staged their comeback along with Summer’s Eve. The Handouts again were the great game-changer tonight, as a poor showing dropped the Muffcakes to a solid 4th place and out of the running for tonight’s Final Challenge Round. Big Kudos go out to We’re Huge In Japan for their vocal support of themselves tonight, I love a good “woo hoo”. The Second Biggest Slingshot and Shannon & Lisa & Maryann & Maria had great efforts for their first time out and I look forward to seeing them again soon. Honorable mention goes out to The Muffcakes for perhaps some of the best pure Star Wars knowledge of the evening. Tonight’s Final Challenge Round included Veterans Of The Clone Wars, Chewie, and Summer’s Eve. Even our biggest Star Wars fans had some difficulty with that last question, but Chewie prevailed. You know what they say, “Always Let The Wookie Win”, right?

Um HELLO The Storm Troopers were CLONES of Bobba Fett’s DAD who was actually a clone of Jango Fett, so Bobba was really Jango, and all the Storm Troopers were too. ALL of them. Can you imagine his ex girlfriends seeing a bunch of them out of uniform?
You know whats funny… when you add in all of the clone stuff… Leia’s comment about Luke being a little short for a stormtrooper is even funnier… cause they’re all the same height see…cause they’re clones.I just picked up on that.
And Polly, what would be worse was if Bobba’s ex started dating a Stormtrooper. HA! I really dont know what shes sees in him! LOL!!
Bobba Fett was HOT Dave. AND he had the best costume. *That* is what she saw in him.
