And a new drink this week, the Warm Apple Pie. Mmmm. It tastes JUST LIKE a warm apple pie. Not like hot cider pretending to be warm apple pie, but like actual PIE. We’re only in week two of my quest to drink my way through the Holidays via CC’s AMAZING holiday drink menu. I can’t wait to see what the bartender makes NEXT WEEK!

Balls. This weeks theme, and you just can’t get enough of saying that word when you have a microphone in hand, really. It’s like “Dick” or “Vagina” only in a nice neat package waiting for you to rip it open and offer it up.

Monday night’s game at CC’s kicked off with a flourish, as we had 6 teams fighting it out to win our rollover pot from last week. We had $33 to throw into the pot, thus increasing our Winner take all goodness to a whopping $75! The bar team did so well last week, and you’d think that this week, being BALLS week, they would have certainly aced the game, alas, the balls in question on Monday were basketballs, footballs, and other sport related balls, thus the bar team did not reclaim that pot they had rolled over. Instead, we had a single guy from I Quiz on Your Grave walk into the bar, pay his entry fee, and walk out with the ENTIRE winnings. That’s got to be a Pub Quiz first right there, I’ve never awarded that much money to a single person before. How about you guys other QM’s?
