A more hillarious team name I don’t think I’ve ever seen. June Beaver’s Cleaver took top spot tonight, scoring well and finishing strong with a big final round bet along with the correct answer. Nice. If you can believe it, their team name this week was less offensive than their names the last TWO weeks. Yeah, I’m not even kidding you when I say I’m glad they won this week, and not those weeks.

In second place tonight came The People’s Liberation Army of Hood River, just barely nudging team Jeff Goldbloom out of the money, who’s trivia Kung Fu was also strong tonight.

Just so you know Joe, I made it home through the rainy weather just fine. The storm seems to be flirting with our area, but hasn’t really committed to us full force yet. I love storms, when I don’t have to drive 90 minutes through them, so now that I’m home I’m looking forward to the 30mph gusts that should hit by tomorrow.

Also, happy birthday again to Suzanne. She has brought me all sorts of amazing treats from her home state of Wisconsin (mmm, cheese) so I wish I knew it was her birthday earlier so I could bring her, uh, something. I know you prefer Wisconsin to Tillamook cheese, so I guess I wouldn’t know what to bring you anyway, Suzanne.
