Folks at the Thirsty Lion dug the new double-Jeopardy sound last night. It was the first VISUAL Jeopardy I’ve done. Took me a bit to figure out all the Power Point secrets, but I think it was worth it. Thanks for the kudos, you guys.
Did I ever tell you I love the movie Planes, Trains & Automobiles? Sorry to the guy who didn’t think there were enough of those on Tuesday, but Wednesday was chock-full of trivia from one of the best John Hughes movies ever. From John Candy sitting behind a car door in the airport as Neil remembers how he knows him (brilliant!) to an eighties-upped Red River Valley playing in the background while the pair happily sing in a burnt out stationwagon (awesome!). John Hughes, we miss your awesome movies.
Wouldn’t it be great if John Hughes directed a comedy starring Steve Carrell and Larry David? I’m sure it’d be funnier than the looks of that new Mike Myers movie.
New favorite words: BOOB BOB and DID.
