Because I KNOW they were being nice to me. Oh, they gave me good natured shit, but I know it was like, trash-talk-lite. I made sure they would give you a good verbal battle when you got back. It just might be epic – I know you can handle it.

Last night Remarkable Rockets took first place, playing strong in every round and coming out on top! The Streeps and I Quiz on your Grave were in second, and third respectively, but since CC’s is winner-takes-all they got Nothing! Nothing! Well except a fun time for way less than a big-screen movie costs these days. Which reminds me, we’ve had some excellent movies lately! And by that I mean, never see G.I. Joe, ever! Several other movies out there right now are certainly worth the price of admission, perhaps twice even.

I want to thank C.C.’s for having me for two weeks in a row. I know they are anxious for Polly P to be back, and she will be that next week. I’m sure she had a good time, and I’m always glad to fill in for her at fun venues like C.C.’s. Later gaters!
