I felt this was rather impressive. Team Moonwalker Texas Ranger actually came up and handed my a lyric sheet, grabbed the mike and sang it out as a third team member moonwalked back and forth before them (Nearly crashing into an innocent bar patron! I gave an extra point for that!). Team “Shamone, Girl! Shamone!” (shortened to Shamone) teamed up for a song, and a little later their third member did a truly excellent moonwalk. IN HIS SOCKS. You’ve gotta be pretty smooth to dance in socks.

For no evident reason, and certainly not at the egging of the quizmaster, correct answers were celebrated by WOO HOO!, M.J. Style. So last week, we were crazy Harry Potter LARPers and this week and this week – well, moonwalking in socks does send a certain social message. Especially to a chorus of WooHOO!

I love being conspicuously odd. And its ok, Chick Sitting Alone at the Bar. You are not alone. Michael Jackson is here with you. Remember?

Congrats to Team Awesome for taking first place. Were they aided by anticipating the drink of the week? No. They were probably worse off for having had a couple each, actually. The fates work in mysterious ways!

Speaking of which: The Boozeberry, read blueberry lemonade spiked with some kind of alcohol. (That part matters little).
