What a great night last night down at The Thirsty Lion as we had representatives from Widmer Bros. Brewing giving away some great shit! First of all we had some t-shirts and swag… but then we raffled off throughout the night VIP packages for the Timbers game on July 2nd against Bayern Munich.

These packages include a pregame party at The Thirsty Lion that includes beer and food, two tickets to the game in some sweet seats and then the chance to get picked to go onto the field at halftime and have a chance to kick a goal for a HUGE Prize!! Crazy!!! We gave away 5 sets of VIP tickets last night!!! NICE!! We also gave away some regular tickets to the game as well ass our walk of shame prizes!!

The Thirsty Lion Trivia Challenge happened as well where back by popular demand we bought a bottle of champagne for the winning team!! That’s what I’m talking about!!! SO you definitely want to come down to the Lion and play the quiz and maybe go home with cash AND some great prizes!!

When it came down to the quiz we had 5 teams get into the final round to play for a split of our $231 pot. ‘One if By Land Two if Bicurious’ and ‘The Rural Jurors’ made it into the final round but didn’t get into the cash. ‘No Clue’ fought their way into third with ‘T/X’ leaping into second. But the Lion’s share of the Lion’s pot went to ‘Twoche” who battled throughout the evening and finally came out on top! Congrats guys!!
