I propose that we have Summer All The Time, because the outdoor quizzes in Hoor River have been freaking amazing.
Tonight the 2-bit Hussies 2-gether Again Again took first place (edited – sorry guys!), closely followed by Forever 2 plus 2. The evening was exceptional – my first week back and 45 people showed up at the Horse & Hound to kick some trivia ass. Several new people got to enjoy the experience, and I even think they will be back! We’ll see though, they might have taken exception at all the heckling we usually have at the quiz. I love the flippin of the shit between teams. That’s what friends are for right? To call us on our shit!
Which reminds me, what was with the angryness at the last handout scramble? “Lots of Weeds” wasn’t the most technical term, I know. But I swear every one of the 45 quizzers went nuts when I read that answer! It was awesome, a thing to behold, a thing that COMPLETELY ELUDES ME! Maybe my first instinct was right and Hood River is super competitive with gardening. I’m sure your flower patches are very nice.
