Last night’s NTT round totally rocked. Original take on the SPELLING aspect, to throw in a NTT list of songs with spelling in them. Great song selections. I always love to enlighten folks on the meaning of the Safety Dance, just when they are there in the middle of a nice little “GOD I LOVE THIS SONG” recollection. Dancing safely without your friends. THAT is what it’s all about my friends. Go ahead, take a look at your hands.

Of course I left my course of Safety dancing at home last night, and took my hands out to the Maiden for our Wednesday night quizzerific. We had 5 teams in to play, so all went into the final round, with one team coming out victorious (and the only one left at the end of the night with points) The spelling was T-E-R-R-IFIC last night as our quizzers proved they can stand proud and spell down with the best of those little Scrip bee show offs. Until the the end that is, when I busted out the ol’ archaic english word. Then you all looked like you’ve spent to much time dancing safely at home, and not enough time with the dictionary. GUERDON. BLam. Everyone bet all in an attempt to overcome the “Pubic Discourse” team, but alas, in the end, noone had any points EXCEPT Pubic Discourse, so they walked with all $45 bucks and the honor of winning.

So go home now, and practice that dance, one hand “safely dancing” while the other holds the dictionary. Just make sure and wash up before the next pub quiz, we gotta share those pencils you know?
