I was pleasantly surprised to see the teams turn out last night! I was certain people would be glued to their TV sets to watch them Blazers, but they were content to pubquiz AND stare at the TVs.

I was shown lotttss of Shakespeare books. Bravo to those players who own some literature. Bingo went pretty well. Crack Trivia Unit was on their game and shoveled up the bonus points for having the first bingo. They were followed in points by Business Time and Hangover & a Pineapple. the Fuckawee Indians were just a hair behind and Fort Awesome was enjoying just being Awesome.

Jeopardy was fun, as usual. The gap between Crack Trivia Unit and Business Time closed just a little bit while Hangover hung on, tooth and nail. Business Time was given verbal kudos for getting 100% correct on the State the States handout while Crack Trivia Unit was praised for getting 100% on the O, What Men Dare Do handout! Bravo, teams! Way to go!!

Anyhoo….once the points were all tallied, CTU rode their bingo win all the way to the top spot with Business Time only 12 points behind them. Hangover held their own and kept the firm grip on 3rd place. After all was said and done, as predicted, CTU vindicated their loss from the prior week. Business Time said they patiently await their next win…as it will happen, they predict.
