Rain, rain, rain! Yup, even though it’s Spring, it’s still cold and rainy.
The intimate group of quizzers were ready to play the game! We kicked off the bingo round with all of the 90s quizzing. Yahtzee! shouted out the magic words and claimed the bonus points. This put them into an early lead over To Be Determined, putting Burke Majority in 3rd place. So we carried on.
Name That Tune, with a twist, was tough for Burke while Yahtzee only had 1 point more than TBD in that round. Yahtzee! nailed the SciFi handout while Burke aced the Movie Quotes handout. At the end, Yahtzee! only led TBD by 1 measly point. Burke kept firmly in 3rd place.
The 3 teams gave me their wagers, some brave, some conservative. I asked the Leonardo DiCaprio based question. Everyone knew the answer so it came down to how brave everyone was with their points. TBD took the big win!! Burke came in 2nd, only behind by 2 points!! Yahtzee! took 3rd place. All was good!
We had a fun night!!
